Hi all, its been a while since you have heard from us and we have been busy!
Some of you may know already that we were acquired by the global natural skincare collective Codex Beauty last year.
We recently relaunched our new Bia range under the Codex collective so there are some similarities but lots of differences too. Here are the main differences
- The whole range is now certified organic
- We are showcasing native Irish herbs and seaweeds and have highly effective extracts made just for us.
- We buy botanical ingredients direct from growers and harvesters and are building on this all the time
- We have added more anti-aging and luxurious ingredients
- We have upgraded to truly sustainable packaging including plastic made from sugar cane bioethanol
- We carry out extensive efficacy trials on our products and present the data to you.
- We make all our products here in Ireland.
Codex Beauty is about blending the tradition of Irish herbal medicine with modern scientific tools.

One of our Bia Beauties asked what is the most multi-tasking ingredient we use in creating our products? Our founder, Tracey, had this to say👇

Calendula contains anti-inflammatory triterpenoids and is a great source of beta-carotene, an anti-oxidant with strong abilities to scavenge free radicals and hence delay the signs of aging. Its soothing and encourages cell regeneration. We create oil and water-based infusions from this herb and they form the basis of many of our products.
