7 months post-transplant now and honestly… buzzing with the progress so far!

Anyone who’s been through it knows it’s a journey - patience, weird stages, shedding, then the real growth kicking in - but seeing it all take shape now is unreal.

One thing I’ll always say to lads looking into it:
the transplant is only half the job.
The aftercare matters just as much.

did the work and guided me through the full process, but keeping the results moving in the right direction comes down to consistency. I’ve been using since the early stages, and that routine has played a huge part in maintaining and supporting the new growth.

Still a few months of development left, but I’m already feeling more like myself again - confidence back, routine back, and zero regrets about making the decision.

Golf Classic 2025
Delighted to have attended the Golf Classic for the first time this week at an event that not only brings together great people, but raises vital funds for the Marie Keating Foundation’s work supporting those affected by cancer across Ireland.

It was an excellent opportunity to connect with like-minded business leaders, exchange ideas, and build meaningful relationships, all while supporting a cause that truly makes an impact.

I left with valuable new contacts, fresh perspectives, and a real appreciation for the work being done. Looking forward to being part of it again next year. ⛳💙

What a whirlwind of 24hrs! 💇‍♂️

Yesterday I finally took the step and got my hair transplant done with and I couldn’t be more grateful. After 7 years of wearing a mullet that I first got when I was in LA from and It’s mad to now have a proper hairline again. I’ve been recording the whole journey and will be posting all the content throughout, so stay tuned if you want to see the full process and results!
