NEW CANCELLATIONS POLICY

Hi all,

I am sorry it has come to this but unfortunately from May 1st, a cancellation policy will be in place for any future appointments.

I understand certain situations are unavoidable, however last minute cancellations (on the day of an appointment, in particular) has become a problem the last couple of months. It’s unfair to me as I won’t be able to fill those appointments with such short notice and to any clients that might have wanted an appointment which originally wasn’t available.

Being self employed has its difficulties in this climate but I do my best to cater for everyone and offer a fully flexible system but unfortunately, this isn’t working.

Going forward, any cancellations made the day of the appointment will need a 50% deposit paid before another appointment is booked.

I feel like this is the only way I can approach the issue and hope that it works.

❕Important Update❕

I hope you can understand that as a small business/one woman band there is always a challenge to make things work from a cost perspective. My clients are always my priority and passing cost to you all is genuinely always a last resort. Unfortunately, as the price of materials and services continues to rise almost month by month, I have had to make some small adjustments to my prices, effective September 1st.

I will always use quality products and materials to ensure that services and results are the best they can be for you all - if I’m going to do it, I’ll do it right! I have tried to soak up cost where I can and the prices above reflect that.

I want to thank you all, as always, for your continued support and hope to see you all again very soon.

After 5 months with my beautiful boy, Alex, I’m officially BACK from maternity 👶🏼💙

Thank you so much for all the kind messages over the last couple of months! I’m so excited to finally get back to doing what I love! 💁🏻‍♀️

My appointment book is now open for March and April. I’ll be back in the salon every Thursday and Friday (til late) and Saturdays. Please book your appointment in advance to avoid any disappointment!

The countdown to baby’s arrival is well and truly on! 🍼

My last day in the salon (as of now) will be Saturday September 10th. Appointments between now and then will become limited as I wind down. I will do my best to accommodate everyone over the coming weeks but I’d advise contacting me as soon as possible, with your preferred dates and times.

Hey everyone 🙋🏻‍♀️

This is something I was hoping I wouldn’t have to do but unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond my control, I will need to increase the price of some treatments. As the price of stock and materials increased over the last number of years, I have done everything to ensure this cost wasn’t passed down to my clients but it’s come to a point where this is no longer feasible for me.

This is the first time in 5 years of trading that I’ve had to increase prices and I hope you can all understand why. I will be keeping the prices as is for certain services and I will honour all gift vouchers issued up to this point. The new prices, effective from February 1st are as follows:

Shape and Tint €23
Shape €12 (no increase)
Tint €12
Lip Chin €7 (no increase)
Shape, Tint & Lip €25 (no increase)

I want to thank every single one of my clients old and new for their ongoing support as always, it means the world to me! ❤️

What a year it has been guys. Thank you all so much for the continued support this year! I appreciate each and every one of ye.

Thanks also for all the messages and gifts I’ve received from you all, be it wedding or Christmas.
