A week ago today I was in London delivering Booked & Thriving to an incredible room full of salon owners, managers, stylists and apprentices for .
One of the things I love most about this workshop is that everyone leaves with something they can take back into the salon.
The workshop itself only lasts a day. The real impact comes afterwards.
It’s in the conversations that happen back at work.
The ideas that get put into practice.
The small changes that build confidence, strengthen teams and create better experiences for both clients and colleagues.
Reading through the feedback this week has reminded me exactly why I love doing what I do.

Something interesting happened in London on Monday…
The conversations were honest.
The challenges were real.
The breakthroughs were powerful.
What I didn’t expect was how quickly the momentum would continue.
Since returning home,
Booked & Thriving in London on July 6th is now fully booked.
Brave Salon Leader in Dublin on 7th September has just two places remaining.
