I truly live by the motto DREAM BELIEVE ACHIEVE
I always dreamed to be in the body I have now
I was wearing size 24 clothes, trapped in a 22 stone body. In my head, Dieting was torture for me, gym none existent, felt so far away from achieving any changes. But trust me when I say - Any Loss on the scales is a Loss. Remember, its going in the right direction!!!! Ill never go back to that girl I became through depression & using food as my comfort.
