We’re a busy bunch 💐 and there’s always a lot going on in our floral studio. These are just some of the things that make our workflow easier and studio life better. 🌸

1. Get yourself a Noirin! A team member who is not a florist won’t get stuck in the long grass and can really help keep things on track. (Noirin’s ours. Get your own!)

2. Our fridge. It’s not just great for heat waves and hot flushes, it helps keep our blooms cool and therefore fresher longer. Having it installed was a real Flowerpop milestone and I’m so glad it’s here.

3. A florist non-negotiable, RackZone.ie shelving was one of the first things we installed. It keeps everything organised and, importantly, visible. We wouldn’t be without them! (RackZone very kindly gave us a discount so I’m marking this )

4. Locally grown flowers. Not only are they spectacular, they help us work towards our sustainability goals and that’s something that matters a great deal to us.

Florists, what are the things that make the biggest difference for you? 🌸

When a fellow wedding creative reaches out to you about their own wedding flowers, there’s no greater compliment. 🥰 Lisa Smyth was always going to be the coolest bride and creating bold florals to go with her leopard print wedding dress was a dream brief.

After marrying at Dublin’s registry office, Lisa and Conor strolled through town in the sun with the brilliant 𝙳𝚊𝚟𝚒𝚍 𝙼𝚌𝙲𝚕𝚎𝚕𝚕𝚊𝚗𝚍 𝙿𝚑𝚘𝚝𝚘𝚐𝚛𝚊𝚙𝚑𝚢 in tow, before hitting THE STORYTELLER PUB, Chequer Lane by Jamie Oliver and eventually Whelan's Bar. Sounds like the perfect day. 🥰
