Join me for a week dedicated to the practice and exploration of Iyengar Yoga, surrounded by nature in the beautiful Italian Countryside at Locanda della Quercia Calante.
A charming evo-friendlybcountry house and wellness Retreat Centre located in the green hills of Umbria.
On site restaurant serving traditional local cuisine and vegetarian dishes, utilising fresh ingredients and produce grown directly on the farm.
Lounge by one of three spring water vitalizing pools, including a whirlpool/jacuzzi.

Just back home from another fantastic 10 Hour Iyengar Yoga Retreat in the beautiful Nesbitt Arms Ardara, Co. Donegal.
The food was excellent and as always
friendly and welcoming staff 🙏
A big thank you to all our Yogis for coming and making this a wonderful retreat. It's a perfect way to end the summer holidays. Ardara is a beautiful town filled with lovely shops, great coffee, treats and traditional music. As alway it's great to catch up with old friends and making new friendships too.
