Hey everyone,

Just a little note as some of you may have noticed I’ve been a bit quiet on social media lately. This is because I’ll be taking a couple of months off work to focus on looking after myself.

I was diagnosed with scoliosis at 17 and have always worked with it as best I can — I’m so grateful that it’s never caused me pain. However, the time has come for me to have surgery and to finally give my body the care and support it needs.

It’s a big operation, so I’ll be offline for a while, but I promise to keep you all updated whenever I can. If you get the chance, I’d really appreciate you lighting a wee candle for me Tomorrow ☺️🕯️
