At the moment though I have nothing available until Thursday 17th September. So book ahead if you need a massage for a certain day prior to events or that.

It's officially one year since I set up here in my new clinic within the DT Fitness Gym and Rilion Gracie Jiu Jitsu studio - how did that happen so fast!!!!

A massive thank you to Eddie, Byran and Igors for having me part of this wonderful space. It's the perfect environment where health, fitness and wellness happen together.

The boys have been nothing but supportive since a gatecrashed the boys club 😂😂

And a huge thank you to all my old (over 9 years I have been seeing some of you lovely people) and new clients.
Being able to be so busy but also balance life with my kids is amazing it's it's all thanks to the support, understanding and patience of everyone that walks through my door.
