Last week was a very inspiring week in group with most of our members in group sharing their success stories and the reasons they joined Donegal Town Slimming World and for most members it was health reasons ,prevention of health issues ,so many shared their stories and it was truly inspiring to hear them all share this ,the one that stands out the most is one lady who not only has lowered her cholesterol has also reversed her diabetes 😊 ❤️ that is life changing ,by loosing just 10% of your body weight can have such an impact on all health issues ,ladies and gents keep up the fantastic work and continue to inspire those around you AND remember every 1lb you drop takes 4lb of pressure of your joints # # #
