* Don’t be too hard on yourself- Try to keep things in perspective.Remember that having a bad day is a universal human experience. Take a few minutes each day to appreciate yourself.

* Eat healthy -You can protect your feelings of wellbeing by ensuring that your diet provides adequate amounts of brain nutrients such as essential vitamins and minerals, as well as water.

* Exercise- Go for a 10 minutes walk to the shops or around your neighbourhood.

* Get enough sleep -Sleep is a powerful stress reducer. Following a regular sleep routine calms and restores the body, improves concentration, regulates mood, and sharpens judgment and decision-making.

* Be mindful -Pay attention to your thoughts and feelings in a way that increases your ability to manage difficult situations and make wise choices.
