✨ Calluna’s Tanning Bed Guidelines ✨

To help us keep our equipment safe and ensure the best experience for everyone, please follow these guidelines:

• Please be gentle when entering and exiting the tanning beds. The acrylic panels can crack if too much pressure is applied.

• Remove all jewellery and watches before tanning, as these can scratch the acrylic surfaces.

• Only salon-approved tanning products are permitted. Products not designed for indoor tanning can damage the beds and may not be safe for your skin. If you need advice on suitable products, we are happy to help.

• Please do not sit on the edge of the bed or place your feet on the edges. Chairs are provided for putting on shoes and getting ready.

• Distribute your weight evenly when getting in and out of the bed. The maximum weight limit for lay-down beds is 18 stone (114kg) for your safety and to protect the equipment.

• Please respect our guidelines. Continued misuse of the equipment may result in loss of tanning minutes and access to the salon.

Hi everyone,

We will be closing today at 4pm due to the extreme heat. I wouldn’t feel comfortable asking our staff to continue working in these conditions.

Following the HSE and TSA guidelines, it’s important that we look after ourselves and each other, and ensure everyone’s health and safety comes first.
