Concealing vs colour correction...

This may need a video to explain in depth so if so let me know and I will do an indepth video to include placement and skin tone and undertones..

So concealers are great for hiding imperfections and dont always need to he used with a full makeup look so perfect for when you are in a time crunch and need to look fresh.. however sometimes you can have problematic areas that need some extra time which is where colour correction comes in..

So you know when you have been having those hellish sleepless nights and and look like you went 50 rounds with a boxer... Under your eyes are blueish purple and the bags are down to your toes.. Then id recommend using a peach tone colour corrector to even out the tones (the baggage needs different attention like Hyaluronic acid and a good eye cream)

You know those times when you've had the flu or a cold or any illness, or those times when you look like you seen a ghost 👻 and your skin looks dull lilac colour correctors can help even those tones however I dont mean all over the face.. (though please do remember a good facial and introducing vit c and vit e skincare can help counter act the dullness in your skin)

Or you know those pesky broken capillaries, rosacea outbreaks or just those pesky angry red areas (spots) i find green colour correctors work amazingly if your a warm undertone and yellow works if your a cool undertone like me...

All these are best done after skincare and SPF and before makeup application.. and trust me the peach corrector works 💪

Bronzer vs contour!!

Whether its a cream or a powder the difference is the tone...

Bronzers are warm tones designed to create warmth on the face.. Think of where the sun naturally hits the face the high points..

Forehead cheek bones nose and chin..

Contour is cooler toned and is normally placed under the cheek bones..

Think of where shade naturally hits the face... Used to either slim down or create a lifting affect in line with concealer (which will be another post)

So can you see the difference in the tones???

My contour shade is the single powder..
The top palette is cool toned shades..
The bottom palette is warm toned shades..

Do you bronze and contour or just do one.. or like me depends on the look tone and mood of the makeup needs???

Sick as a small hospital at the moment 🙃 😪 😕 🤧 and tomorrow is confirmation nice huh... So this was the other day I was trying not to look like a co**se after having an epic migraine the night before if you can see it in the last photo my eyes are dead and one eye looks bigger.... I tell you guys the new eye cream i got is sooooo good.. not a suitcase in sight under those eyes.. Mind you colour correction is my best friend at the moment...

So how is everyone's skin holding up with all that lovely wind we've been having.. its been so harsh the last few weeks playing havoc with everything including stripping the skin of moisture its sooo terrible... What have you been doing to keep your skin hydrated ✨️

Hello my lovelies 💓

So I have seen some posts in regards to hooded eyes...

I have always had hooded eyes so very small lid space to work with but sometimes I like to go bold and crazy and full on glam the eyes or i prefer to do a soft and subtle eyeshadow or i do a winged liner...

For my hooded eyes I use a kohl pencil always to start my winged liner the i go in with a gel liner like if i am going ham with my look if its like the other night I use use the kohl..

Hooded eyes can wear a winged liner but its slightly different to someone with bigger lid space...

Would any of my hooded eye gals out there like me to do a tips and tricks video???

Im genuinely interested in what I can bring to you guys I'd love to hear your problem areas that I could help with...

Today for the first time since september I actually got my bum in gear and done my face....

I seriously need to repurchase the Dior forever skin foundation... Seriously the tiniest amount goes a long way... and its so lightweight and buildable...

I went nice and neutral... But from reading 2026 makeup trends cool tones are making a comeback.... So I think a cool pallete look coming ...
