We can't believe how far we've come since we started Ah Shore Look Seamoss just over 6 months ago in Keith's kitchen while juggling full-time jobs. What began as a small endeavor has grown into something incredible in such a short time. We owe it all to the unbelievable support of everyone who believes in and supports small businesses. Recently, both of us were made redundant from our roles in the tech industry. But instead of letting it discourage us, it fueled our determination even more. ¼ medium red onion, chopped 🧅
1 tablespoon fresh jalapeno 🌶️
¼ cup cilantro, chopped 🌿
1 teaspoon garlic paste 🧄
½ teaspoon sea salt 🧂
¼ teaspoon cumin powder 🌿
1 15 ounce can diced tomatoes (or 2 cups of fresh tomatoes, chopped) 🍅
2 teaspoons lime juice 🍋
1 tablespoon Sea Moss Gel 🌊
Small piece of habanero pepper (optional) 🌶️

👨‍🍳 Let's dive into the recipe:
1️⃣ Prepare the "onion paste" by combining chopped red onion, fresh jalapeno, cilantro, garlic paste, sea salt, and cumin in a bowl. Mash the ingredients until they form a thick paste.

🌱It's vegan, it's gluten-free, takes 20 mins to make and guess what... It's deliciously healthy!

👩‍🍳 INGREDIENTS👇

🍫 12 oz of high-quality vegan Chocolate Chips or Chopped Chocolate
🌊 2-3 tbsp of Sea Moss Gel
🌱 1 tbsp of power-packed H**p Seeds
🥜 1/2 cup of your favourite nuts (cashews, almonds, pecans, pistachios, pepitas)
🍒 2 tbsp Goji Berries or any other dried fruit
🧂 A sprinkle of Himalayan Sea Salt (optional)

1️⃣ Arrange all your ingredients for a quick and easy assembly!
