Good evening everyone!
Here to wish you all a belated Merry Christmas and a happy new year! We hope you are all staying safe this holiday season and looking forward to 2021!

Good evening everyone! As COVID-19 restrictions have been lifted and we go into Level 3, we are pleased to announce that we are now open from today, December 1, 2020. We look forward to seeing you again!
Thank you. Stay safe and healthy.

Good evening everyone. This is a reminder that we are currently closed due to new COVID-19 restrictions of Level 5. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience and are greatly looking forward to seeing you in December! Stay safe.

This is a quick reminder that we are now open again! We ensure that staff and clients wear protective face coverings and regularly wash their hands and/or use hand sanitiser.

Please rest assured that we are going to extreme measures to sustain a safe, sanitised environment within 1Escape Health Club in which we are situated in.

We are following HSE Guidelines as usual. In addition to this, there are cleaning sessions taking place to further emphasise sanitation for 30 minute durations at a time.

Keeping this in mind, we hope everybody continues to practice good personal hygiene in order to keep yourselves and others safe!

We look forward to seeing you. Bookings can be made by email or phone. Contact details on our website and page. Have an amazing day!
