With summer season in full swing, bbqs and plenty of fun outings ahead, it sometimes can seem impossible to stay on track to reaching your health goals while suffering from a headache and devouring all of the pizza 🍕
Alcohol can be difficult to fully avoid so I’ve put together some tips that have helped me to get back on track the following day. I hope they help you too. 💫
