You’ve already spent hours in the chair and invested in your boho braids. A little maintenance can help you enjoy them for much longer.
If you’re wondering how to maintain synthetic boho braids, how to keep the curls from tangling, or how to refresh Bora Bora braids as they get older, the key is to start caring for them early.
Protect the curls at night. Separate them regularly. Refresh lightly with water. Use detangler when you need to make curl separation easier. Add a little mousse for frizz if the curls responds well, then finish with a light sheen when the curls need extra shine.
The goal is not to keep piling on product. It is to keep the curls separated and maintain the luster and appearance of the style.
