ad Golfers live longer, sleep better, have lower blood pressure, and report lower stress levels, so I decided to see what the hype was about for myself by attending my first golf lesson at this week.
I spent the morning with Captain Angela learning the fundamentals, like a grip and body positioning, spending the morning outdoors, moving my body, chatting and laughing. I honestly get the appeal, and it’s easy to see why golfers are so healthy.
Once we finished up on the course, we headed back to the clubhouse to refresh with some collagen and hear more about the Two Sisters Tournament this summer, which is so proud to be sponsoring.
And that’s when I realised that golf is so much more than just the game. It’s about friendship, community, and connection. I honestly can’t wait to play again. The hype is very real
