I should be in terrible form this morning after been up all night with my little one, instead I am in a great mood after my final weigh in, a massive 10lbs down and feeling amazing. Was very bloated from a poor diet, clothes were way too tight and I was exhausted all the time. Amazing the difference clean living for 9 days can make.

So nearly finished my C9 and so far I am delighted, found it tougher this time than before because my diet had gone so bad, but really feeling the benefits now - my skin is much clearer, sleeping great, sluggish feeling is definitely gone and as an added benefit I AM DOWN 8LBS SO FAR!! I will post before and after pics on Thursday :)

Myself and the hubby have booked a ten day trip for the end of October so its time to get the body back in shape after letting our diets slip a little so we are looking forward to kickstarting healthy living with C9 tomorrow :) Great we are doing it together as it keeps us motivated and makes it easier as we will be eating the same meals - I will do before and after pics to share how we get on

Meet my new baby :-) this is Ted he is 8/9 weeks old and a shih tzu. Clearly Eliza is a little confused and she is spending more time in the dogs crate than the dog
