To all my customers and clients

I understand that some people may book appointments and then not be able to make it , that is absolutely fine and a lot of my customers text or mail me in advance to tell me so I can give the appointment to someone else, which is great!

At the moment I’m working by appointments only : when booking an appointment I ask all customers for a phone number to confirm their booking and to also keep note of customers who come in due to Covid-19 and for contact tracing if necessary

A lot of people have been booking through my business page making appointments and not answering my mails and not showing up , this is not acceptable as I turn walk in customers away if I have an appointment booked at a certain time and during these difficult times it is very unfair for people not to show

I have lowered all my prices due to the recent hard times and a lot of customers losing their jobs and I would appreciate people to just be honest and not make a booking unless your actually going to show or let me know you cannot make it

On a more positive note to all my clients new and old thank you so much for your business and I try make each experience as special as possible for each of you and hope to see you in the future

Just want to confirm to all my customers that I only work Monday to Saturday unless previously arranged over the phone or for a group booking

Like everyone I need at least one day off a week and at the moment am only doing booking by the page or through my personal phone number which is on my business page also

I have a list of all my products and services with prices and also my business hours incase anyone has any questions

It’s very uncertain times for a lot of people ,

A lot of clients coming to me with questions of uncertainty around work , family and relationships and I always do my best to help people with these concerns

As a business owner I am taking all necessary precautions to keep my self and my customers safe

So I would ask where possible for people to book their appointments either through my business page or you can call or text my work phone 0871680243

This allows me to keep only one to two clients on the premises at a time ,
Also hand sanitiser is available and it is up to the client If they wish to wear their masks as I try to keep distance whilst reading and also keep windows open in the room

Any clients that aren’t feeling well I’d advise to contact me and we can re book an appointment when they are feeling better
