We're doing some renovations, some paint, new pictures but for now a little life, something green and fresh!

So busy since I got back from holidays I've not had a chance to post.

This week's book is Bad Pharma.

Very interesting and not entirely new to me. I've never been one for over use of medicines and luckily don't have any conditions that require their use too regularly. But this book is alarming!

Book that I'm currently studying.

Always good to keep exploring and you never know what you'll learn.

New logo! Loving the look, I've started and stopped working on a logo for years. Finally i just decided to keep it simple.

Hi folks, so the one-armed massage test day went well.

I'll be open for business with some limited capacity and beaks between clients to allow my good arm some rest and for full cleaning.
