Mmm..sounds delish!
If you are in the UK, you are most likely enjoying a bit of sunshine (finally). What's a popular companion to sunshine? of course - ice cream. Unfortunately, the problem with ice cream is that it's loaded with sugar. So we have come up with a (relatively) healthy alternative. Hope you and the little ones love it as much as we do!
You need: 1/2 Pineapple, 1 apple, seeds from one vanilla pod, Bio-live yogurt, 1 teaspoon manuka (active) honey, ice cubes, light dusting fairtrade raw cocoa powder.
How to make: juice the pineapple and apple. Slice the vanilla pod and scrape the seeds directly into the blender. Add the juice, yoghurt, honey and ice, and blend until creamy and mind-blowingly delicious.

Very true...
We often see pain as a bad thing. What we don’t see is that something hurts because it means something to us. Pain is ok, it’s the trying to get away from that pain that causes us suffering. Accepting a feeling as part of the human experience and acknowledging that it is there because what you are doing means something to you will not make the pain go away but it will help you to keep moving in the direction of you values and living a meaningful life. ~ Hollie

The Lenten challange.
Lent is a season of reflection and preparation before the celebrations of Easter. As practitioners of mindfulness we can use our natural connection to lent to deepen our connection with life. In Ireland, this is a part of our past and possible something we engage with in the now.
1. How can we show our love in concrete ways over the next 40 days?
2. How can we contribute in such a way to nourish joy, transform suffering/pain and feed the hungry
3. How can we live fully now. Can we give up/let go of the ghosts of the past and future.
