Okay folks from next week onwards any new clients wanting to sign up will have to pay a deposit in order for the slots to be booked. This deposit is non refundable.

Ok folks we are delighted to announce we will be back open from August 10th, like most other businesses we will be operating very differently from before.

- Only 1 machine will be in operation so all sessions will be one on one.
- We will operating on a limited days and times schedule In order for everything to be properly cleaned and disinfected.
- We encourage all clients to bring their own cotton type clothing for the session.
- Trainer will be wearing a mask, clients do not have to.
- Hands must be sterilised at the covid station upon arrival.
- Payment is encouraged by card, PayPal or Revolut.

Please bare with us folks whilst we adapt to the new way of doing things. There’ll be a significant space between each client to insure numbers are kept to a minimum at all times and to also provide time for cleaning.

To celebrate our reopening we have a 4 week challenge up for grabs.
