We know everyone relaxes differently. Some of you come for a good chat, while others come to switch off.
If youโre using our barrel sauna, weโd really appreciate you keeping voices low so it stays a quiet space for everyone.
Both saunas are open:

Huge congrats to everyone who took part in the 2026 Lower Liffey Race. Whether you tackled the long course, took on the short route, or were using it as a warm-up for the Liffey Descent - the energy on the water was top class today!

The Lower Liffey Race 2026 is happening right here at the Canoe Centre this Sunday!
The river will be packed with paddlers all afternoon, but once the race settles, the sauna fire will be lit and ready for you. ๐ฅโจ
