I would like to wish Vianney the best of luck today as he heads over to Dover and will attempt the Channel Swim. This will cover 33km taking between 13-20hrs in the sea in 14 degrees (or less!) and without a wetsuit! What an impressive challenge to take on 💪 I have been working with Vianney for the past 7months while he has been putting huge training mileage in the pool and sea.

It will be a huge achievement to complete this and especially at this time of year as the sea is still quite cool (.5 of a degree can make a massive difference). He is also raising money for two fantastic charities and you can donate here if you’d like:

I am delighted to announce that Mark Taylor Physical Therapy has a new home. From April 1st I have moved to a new premises in the facility in Carlisle, Kimmage, Dublin 12.

I am available for Physical Therapy, Sports Massage and Rehabilitation sessions every Monday/Wednesday and Sundays, with other availability upon request.
