Noeleen is currently a freelance Make Up Artist specialising in wedding, fashion and commercial make up. Noeleen completed a Diploma in Art & Fashion Design in 2007 and work ad hoc as a model for Fraser Models&Actors for a number of years. Noeleen qualified as a professional Make Up Artist from LA College of Creative Arts in 2014. She is passionate about integrating her background in art & fashion design with make up artistry to represent information in visual form and creating looks appropriate to the creative medium, magazines, photo shoots, film productions etc
