Marks Barbers

So after 27 years it’s time to say goodbye to marks barbers ;(
It’s been a blast for sure,but nothing lasts forever, I’ve so many memories definitely more than 20 photos.
It’s hard to put into words,but as I’ve said it’s just half time,I’ll continue to cut hair in my new location .ie in Raheny,Bozanna will be joining me there,along with Keith the boss man and his staff,you can book myself and Bozanna trough the marks barbers app,to book Keith and his staff please download the spaces app to book your appointment.or alternatively call 01-8327777

I would like to take this opportunity to thank my wife who is always there no matter what and understands the situation always being a business owner can be a lonely place at times.
my mam and dad who always believed in me,my sister ,the nippers # # # .leahzara ,the staff along the way you know who you are x,
Robert Flanagan who gave me my chance thank you 🙏 I’ll be forever grateful.
And last but not least everyone that sat in my chairs over the last 27 years,thank you so much ,I’m forever grateful.

So the next few weeks,will also be my last in marks barbers;( After 27 years it’s just time for a change,I had made this decision a while back,not a easy decision,I’ve loved my years in Harmonstown,but I’m a believer in quit when your ahead.i feel I can’t do both anymore,run the business and cut hair and there is only one winner,I love my craft meeting people etc,but as I get older something is gona give so for me it’s simple pass the business on and remain cutting ,I simply wouldn’t be able to achieve this in my shop,so it’s time to pass the baton on basically.
The shop will remain as a barbers,I’ll share more info on that nearer the time,as we are just finishing of the legal end of the changeover.
I will still be cutting hair,my new location will be .ie in Raheny village.Just behind Super value and AIB bank
Staff wise,we are all going our separate ways other than Bozanna who will be beside me in the new shop,along with Keith the propiter and his staff. .xhair and will be moving to different locations, they will let everybody know trough social media channels,I will be still working off my app as will Bozanna,
everything will remain the same other than I’ll be in a different location,I will share more as the weeks go on and I get a final date, but hopefully within the month and of course a farewell post accompanied by some Kleenex 😂😂
It’s been a blast but it’s just time.

It’s been a while since I posted any haircuts,
Mainly because I’m just to busy and I am very fortunate to be in this position;) but more so its finding it’s getting the right person,light,time does the customer want his photo taken ect ect and your next customer is waiting patiently 🙈
You miss lots of opportunities tho sometimes you take a photo and it just doesn’t justify the cut you just did,probably because I’m not a photographer I guess and I need a new phone 😂😂but when I do get the chance to take my time and I did today on my last customer who was very patient,it’s very worth while 😊😊
