California Kitchen Thai Crunchy Salad.
I am so happy that my Salad was throughly enjoyed by those who had ordered. Thank you all so much for the appreciation.
I had it eaten this Salad in L.A.I loved it.
So tried making and let me tell the taste is very close to what I had eaten.
This Salad is made by adding greens and vegetables and boiled Peanuts.Dressed with not so spicy sweet and tangy peanut dressing and garnished with rice crisps (kurdai in India)

Nayantara s first trek which was remarkable.Had a great time.Dublin has lovely forest treks.The Lunch at the Grainery was scrumptious.

After a long long time I made this most color full Salad with juicy Peaches,cherry tomatoes on bed of Arugula leaves.Topped with Creamy Burrata garnished with slow Roasted Pumpkin Seeds.Oops I forgot to mention the Salad Dressing,was very flavorful with extra Virgin Olive Oil,Reduced Balsamic,Honey,Lemon zest,chilly flakes,Sea salt,fresh Basiland Oregano leaves.

Another trek completed. This time it was in the Forest. Dense Forest with pine and coniferous trees Absolutely mesmerizing. Thanks to my motivators Meghna and Derck.The smell of the trees was so soothing as it had rained just before we started our trek.
