I actually can’t quite believe I’m writing this… I’VE BEEN NOMINATED! 🥹✨

Being part of the IMAGE Business of Beauty Awards has genuinely been a dream of mine, so to see my name amongst the nominees this year feels incredibly special.

I started SkinGlow because I absolutely love what I do helping people understand their skin, feel confident in it and never feel pressured to look like anyone other than themselves.
Like any small business, there have been plenty of highs, lows, self-doubt and moments of wondering what on earth I’m doing 😂… so moments like this really do mean more than people probably realise.

I’m beyond grateful, excited and honestly a little emotional to have made it this far. ❤️

😂 Honestly… it’s amazing what adding 10 years can do.

But seriously, I’m not interested in making women in their 40s look 25. I want your skin to look healthy, fresh and bloody good for the age you actually are.

Less chasing every new trend. Less buying products you don’t need. More understanding what your skin actually needs.

And if someone thinks you’re 10 years younger?
Well… we’ll take that too. 😉😂

One thing you’ll probably hear me say quite a lot in the clinic… “You don’t need that.” 😂

And I mean it.

My job isn’t to sell you every treatment on my menu. It’s to look at your skin, listen to what’s bothering you and work out what will actually make a difference.

Then we can take it into your experience, consultations/skin analysis and your belief in natural results.

Before you panic about your pores… step away from the magnifying mirror. 😂

Because absolutely nobody is looking at your skin from 5cm away under the kind of bathroom lighting that could uncover forensic evidence.
Real skin has pores. Texture. Fine lines. Pigmentation. And yes, it changes as we get older.

That doesn’t mean we can’t improve our skin of course we can. But there’s a big difference between wanting healthier, brighter, fresher-looking skin and expecting it to look filtered in real life.

My aim with my clients is never “How can we make you look 25?”

It’s “How can we make YOUR skin look its absolute best?”
So tonight, put down the magnifying mirror, stop zooming in on your pores and look at your whole face instead. ❤️
