Last 14 jars of runny honey delivered to Macs Coffee in Dundalk. Come and get them! After that it will be creamy spring or summer blossom honey only until the new season honey comes in.

I’m used to earwigs sheltering under the hive lids but these to ladies are of a different kind - queen wasps snuck under the lid to hibernate!
8° and the ladies are out collecting water to process the Ivy honey. Ivy honey is the bees main winter food which needs to be diluted with water before they can eat it.
