To book any service/ appointment, a deposit is required which can be paid via card transactions or by visiting us with a cash deposit. All clients must have a patch test done 48 hours before colouring ! If a client fails to cancel an appointment under 24 hour, the deposit is non-refundable.. so please cancel within this time frame as it’s a salon rule that cannot be amended!
