Its simple just buy a reputable Shampoo & Conditioner that is Salt & Sulphate free its all you need. My preference of course is always a Leave in Conditioner that adds moisture while drying and doing the job its meant to do besides using conditioner in the shower slapping it on and rinsing you might aswell pour it down the drain its doing nothing to the hair if your not at least leaving it on for the appropriate time it takes to work. Invest in your Hair Care at home i promise you it works Ladies as all of you ive switched now believe me. Invest in a Filter for your Hard Water & Well Water Power Showers i also guarantee its worth it. Stick with it and you are guaranteed to prolong your Colour for longer & enjoy healthy looking hair. 👌👍😊😉.

It's that time of year again, Back to School 🏫. As you know we are situated right across the Road from The Brothers & a short walk from Ard Scoil & Colaiste Dungarvan too ,so like every year it's hard with the girls & boys starting the journey in Secondary School. We are here if they need anything. A charger for phone, spare change for lunch, to leave the heavy bag in safely out of the Way, or to sit in our of the rain, or if stuck to ring home.
