Had the pleasure of working with the lads during pre-season in January & February — Yoga sessions on Thursday evenings at Athlone IT as part of their strength, conditioning and recovery.

Tough crew, great work ethic — hope the sessions gave them something extra to carry into championship. Delighted to see them go all the way. Yoga is becoming big in the sports world! Will be a staple for sports teams in the future looking for that extra edge!🔥

New 6 week yoga block starts next week. Teaching yoga since September & it’s up there with weight training in my opinion.
