How often should you come for a massage?

Many of my regular clients enjoy a 90-minute AM THAI Signature Massage every four weeks.

They often tell me the feeling of relaxation stays with them for around three weeks, making the fourth week the perfect time to come back for a little “me time.” 😊

Everyone is different, so always listen to your body.

If monthly massage is part of your wellbeing routine, feel free to book a few months in advance.
