💧 Water – 3–8 hours

* Do not wash your face for 3 hours after the procedure.
* If a superficial peel was included in the treatment, do not wash your face for **8 hours**.

💄 Make-up – 2–3 days
Avoid wearing makeup, including **foundation and powder**, for 2–3 days.

🏊 Swimming Pool – 5–7 days
Avoid swimming pools and other water-based activities for **5–7 days** after the procedure.

🔥 Heat Exposure – Throughout the treatment course
Protect your skin from excessive heat. Avoid:

* saunas,
* hot baths,
* steam rooms,
* intensive cooking over heat,
* direct sun exposure.

🏃 Exercise – 1–3 days
Avoid strenuous physical activity, including gym workouts and sports, for **1–3 days**, depending on your skin's recovery.

🧴 Household Chemicals – 3 days
Avoid contact with household cleaning products, especially aerosol sprays, for the first 3 days.

✨ Scrubs & Acids – Throughout the treatment course
Do not use:

* facial scrubs,
* exfoliating products,
* acid-based skincare,
* heavy or oily creams.

☀️ SPF – Throughout the course + 3–4 weeks after
Use a broad-spectrum sunscreen (SPF 50) every day during the treatment course and continue for 3–4 weeks after your final session.

Use only the skincare products recommended by your skincare specialist.

Recommended Treatment Course

A course of 6–10 treatments, performed every 7–14 days, depending on your skin's condition.
