Hello all
Due to regular last minute cancellations and no shows I have no other choice but to charge a fee when this occurs
This wasn’t something I had planned to do when i began but unfortunately going forward I have to put this into to action
So going forward:
*Any appointment cancelled outside of the 24 hours will be charged 50% of the appointment value
* Any no shows will be charged 100% of the appointment value
This applies to new clients or clients with regular cancellations and/or no shows
