Nothing better than a few days of sunshine but over exposure calls for soothing comfort asap!
A lot of red skin today after the long weekend in need of some TLC.
I couldn’t resist sharing the benefits of applying some calming essential oils to ease skin discomfort!!
Swipe to see before photo and 2 days after applying the spray regularly, what a result! 🤍
To make your own soothing spray add 8 drops of Lavender (calming, healing & anti inflammatory) 8 drops of Peppermint(cooling effect) 1/4 cup of fractionated coconut oil or water to a glass spray bottle, shake well and spray onto skin.
If you have Aloe Vera you can also add this into spray bottle for extra moisture.
Leave in fridge so it’s extra cold and soothing when you go to apply it!
Soon your skin will feel calm again!😊
