Today we said the hardest goodbye to my beautiful sister Liz.
Liz you were truly an inspiration to us all. You never gave up and always stayed so positive in your battle. You helped so many by sharing your journey, all the ups and downs and always made me giggle with your funny lip syncs.
I cudnt have asked for a better sister and aunt and godmother to Chloe. Always there if needed by her family and friends. Always encouraging everyone she knew and didn't know.
Liz battled long and hard and never complained up to the very end.

To her husband Kieran, what can I say, ye were together for such a short time but my god did ye make the most of every second. Ye have done more in 4 years than most people do in a lifetime. You did her proud with your words today.

Thank you so much from myself and my family to everyone that has reached out. Thank you to everyone that helped out over the last few days organising and lending a hand. Nothing was to big a ask for anyone.
Thank you to Ronan Glynn, Mervue church and all staff and volunteers that helped things run so seamlessly yesterday evening, Nicholsons catering tuam, Fr. Pat and team in cortoon church for the beautiful service, the stunning flower arrangments in the church, the amazing Cortoon choir that sang so beautifully especially the people that returned just for Liz. The gravediggers in cortoon cemetery and the staff and management of the Ard Ri House Hotel Tuam.
And last but not least to her 3 amigos Tamara, Aisling and Elaine you really are the 3 best friends liz could have asked for. Always there to brighten her day. You have done to many things for me to mention but just know she will always be with you and we are so grateful she had ye in her life.
