Facial massage can be about results.
And it can also be about how you feel along the way. 🤍

At Hygge Space, I believe there is space for both.

With intention.

Sometimes the most meaningful feedback comes in the simplest words.

After her Inner ReLift session, my client described not only how her face felt — but how her whole body felt.

And that is exactly what I want this treatment to be.

Inner ReLift doesn’t look at the face in isolation.
It gives time and attention to the areas where tension often begins and travels — the shoulders, neck, scalp and face.

Because sometimes, when one area begins to let go, you feel the difference somewhere else too.

Release. Restore. Reconnect.

With intention.

The face doesn’t exist in isolation.

When I work with the face, I pay attention to what surrounds it too — the jaw, neck, scalp and the patterns of tension held between them.

The scalp is one of those areas we often forget about.
Yet when it feels tight, the whole upper face can feel less at ease.

This is why scalp work is an important part of my treatments.

I use slow, intentional movements to soften tension, encourage circulation and create a deeper sense of release — not only in the scalp, but through the whole experience.

Because for me, facial therapy has never been about treating the face as a separate part of the body.

Everything is connected.

With intention.

I came across something recently that genuinely made me smile. 😊

Someone on Reddit was looking for personal recommendations for support with TMJ and jaw tension — and completely independently, someone mentioned me and Hygge Space.

This means a lot because my Buccal Massage was created specifically with jaw and masseter tension in mind.

My approach combines intraoral Buccal work with focused work around the jaw, neck and upper neck, together with elements of manual lymphatic drainage — creating space for tension to soften and the whole area to relax.

For me, this treatment has never been about following a beauty trend. It has a very clear purpose:

Release • Soften • Unclench.

And knowing that someone experienced that work and then chose to recommend my hands to another person is something I’m incredibly grateful for.

Thank you for talking about Hygge Space even when I’m not in the room. 🤍

A Moment for Yourself 🤍

A little reminder that caring for yourself doesn’t always have to be something big.

Sometimes it’s simply noticing what your body has been asking for all day — a little more space, a little less noise, a moment to soften.

This new series is about those small, intentional moments we can bring into everyday life.

Not another thing to add to your to-do list.
Just a gentle invitation to notice yourself a little more often.

With intention.

Three years.

Thousands of conversations.

Hundreds of faces.

And one thing I’ve learned…

Behind every face is a person carrying a story.

Thank you to everyone who has trusted me over the past three years.

You’ve taught me just as much as I hope I’ve given back.

🤍

People often ask me what “Hygge” means.
This is my answer.

It’s a word that can be difficult to translate, because it’s not just a meaning.
It’s a feeling.

Some say it means comfort, warmth or simply…
a feeling of home.

And all of those are true.
But for me, Hygge has always meant something even softer.

It’s not about perfection.
It’s not about luxury.
It’s about how your body feels when it finally starts to soften.

Sometimes we don’t realise how much we are holding until we are given a safe space to let go.

That moment matters.
Because rest is not always something that happens automatically.
Sometimes the body needs to feel safe first.

A space where you don’t have to rush.
You don’t have to perform.
You can simply arrive as you are.

For me, facial therapy is not only about the face.
It’s about the whole person.
The body, the breath, the nervous system and the feeling of being truly cared for.

That is what
Hygge Space means to me.

And I hope
you’ll feel it too. 🤍

With intention.

Before I notice lines,
I notice tension.

Before I think about lifting,
I think about how your body is holding stress.

My hands don’t follow a routine.
They follow you.

Because every face tells a different story.

And every treatment begins with listening.

Not with my eyes. With my hands.

With intention.

People often ask why I moved.

The answer isn’t because I needed a bigger room.

It was because my vision of Hygge Space had grown.

I wanted to create a place where the treatment begins long before I even touch the face.

A place where you slow down the moment you walk through the door.

Every detail in this space has been chosen with intention, because I truly believe the environment is part of the therapy.

Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey—from my first treatment room to this new chapter.

Welcome to Hygge Space. 🤍
