We completely understand that sometimes plans change 🤍 However, we kindly ask that you give us enough notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

📅 Rescheduling through the booking app:
Please make any changes at least 48 hours before your appointment.

📞 If contacting the salon directly:
Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice by phone or message.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the full appointment fee being charged.

🤍 A little booking update from Dazzling Diva Nails 🤍

We’re now taking deposits through BareSpace for all appointments. This is simply to protect our time and make sure our bookings run as smoothly as possible for both our clients and our team.

✨ When you book an appointment in the salon, you will receive an email from BareSpace with a link to pay your deposit. Your appointment will be secured once the deposit has been paid.

You can also manage your appointment online through BareSpace, including rescheduling or cancelling, making things easier for you! 🤍

Please take note of our cancellation & rescheduling policy:

♡ If you reschedule or cancel online through BareSpace, you must do so at least 48 hours before your appointment for your deposit to be refunded.

♡ If you need to phone or text the salon to cancel or reschedule, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for your deposit to be refunded.

♡ Cancellations or rescheduling within the required notice period, or failure to attend your appointment, will result in your deposit being non-refundable and the full appointment amount being due.

We completely understand that things can come up, but giving us enough notice allows us the opportunity to offer your appointment to another client. 🤍
