Fiona Ní Chéirín's Food and Fitness As they say, 'your health is your wealth', true statement as loads of money in the bank can't buy good health! BORING!
As I'm a freelancer of many things such as working in the TV Industry, Teaching English to Foreign Students and doing a few other bits and bobs, I love nothing better in between all of that, than keeping fit! When I say keep fit, it doesn't mean going to a gym and running for hours on a treadmill. I mean, getting outside, going for a run, going for a walk, a long hike maybe, setting a goal to clim
b a mountain, taking part in fun running events, taking up fun bootcamp classes. There's an unlimited amount of things to do for someone to stay fit and healthy in a fun way. As keeping fit is something I do daily, not a chore, just something I simply enjoy and always fit in(love the pun!!) no matter what I'm doing or where I'm going (within a week of arriving in China I signed up to a gym for the year, most people would be trying to practice using chop sticks!!) I thought it might be fun to set up a page and document some of my food and fitness tips. And of course, everyone and anyone can have an input. Not only do a love to work up a good sweat, but j'adore my food very much. Probably one of other fav things to do is to either cook up a storm at home or dine out!
