Just like preparing your body before a spray tan or going on holidays, we also need to do this for our face. This is separate to Facials and Treatments. This is homecare!

Back to the power of 3...
Day 1- Clay Mask or Enzyme based masks. To deeply cleanse, smooth and tighten the pores.
Day 2- Sheet Mask, now we are adding back the hydration. We have cleaned the skin, we need to plump & hydrate. Add the glow but keep the ingredients of the sheet mask simple, there is no need to over complicate it.
Day 3, prepare your skin as normal but add your eye masks to brighten, tighten & lighten the area.

P.S Don't forget the lips but we will save this for another day!

What are your favourite masks? Post here ⬇️

February 17th 💛
With over 20 years in the beauty and wellbeing industry, I have worked with thousands of women at every stage of life, brides, mothers, professionals, and those simply longing to feel like themselves again.

As a child, I always took comfort in the beauty of our land and loved the idea of something bigger, looking out at the moon over the sea 🌊
We also used to do Irish dancing and had so many Irish mythology books around for our costumes. My all time favourite has always been Tir na n'Óg!
Little did I know, that all the above and becoming a Mother would become my inspiration to creating my own rituals & skincare line.

My approach has always been gentle yet results-focused, blending advanced skin & beauty knowledge with a deep understanding of how stress, lifestyle, and emotion shape the skin. Our skin reflects how we live, how we feel, and how we care for ourselves.

I wanted to create treatments and rituals that support both the skin and the nervous system and for all the women wanting to prep their skin for an occasion without complication. It shouldn't be a chore, let it lighten your soul.

Every treatment, makeup, product, and ritual I offer is created with intention to simplify routines and can compliment any existing routine, restore balance, add self care to your beauty care and help you feel radiant from the surface of your skin.

This is where skin, soul, and glow come together 💫

What's your plan this Valentines weekend?

Welcoming you into our inner circle & February.
Link in stories.

This month, we are guided by St Brigid, guardian of light, warmth, the land, and the earth. She is a protector of women, makers, and healers. Her energy reminds us that renewal doesn’t need force, it
begins by tending what already lives within us.

Our new 'Letter of Light' is an invitation to pause, to soften, and to reconnect with your own glow.

This photoshoot was a huge turning point in my career 11 years ago in St. Brigits Gardens and connecting with the most amazing women in business. It still brings me so much joy.

I like to keep my morning skincare simple yet intentional. Hydration is key so the skin feel bouncy not puffy and I also like the skin to feel protected not stripped. This is why I dont always recommend cleansing every morning depending on the age group.

My tips: I like to keep my skincare in the fridge and I have cryo sticks in the freezer for when I really need them! I like to use lighter layers rather than thick creams that can make makeup slide off and dissappear. I also want full protection from my spf without it feeling heavy or peeling creating residue under my make up.

(P.S, if you look closely in the video, you can see where my skin has extra redness from clearing sinuses & congestion with my rose quartz qua sha, I would not be without it. )

Here are the products I use daily:

Roisín Rose Facial Mist
Cliodhna Cucumber & Hyaluronic face & eye gel
Medik8 peptide serum
Heliocare anti ageing or gel spf.

What works for you?

thank you for filming me!

I am not on for trends but this was such a special year with so many memories and a real changing point in my career & personal life.

The images show the best of 2016. I was in the prime of my life and business and connecting with inspirational creatives, businesses and people. I got to celebrate family & friends hens, 30ths & weddings but most importantly I got to tell my family I was pregnant, see my body change and grow a little baby boy and enjoyed being on maternity with my best friends.

On the other side, this is not to be negative but honest. I didn't give me or my body enough time to heal before going back to work, over that first Christmas I had 4 weddings in a row and Luke ended up in A&E for one night, thankfully he was fine but I went from one wedding to hospital to another with no sleep and pretending everything was fine, it was my first realisation, I couldn't continue working the way I did and lukes party time was 12-3 every night, I was beyond exhausted. It was also the Christmas my beautiful friend Mairead got her diagnosis and we were in complete shock. I look at these pictures and I am so thankful to have had these moments, to celebrate her hen, 30th and wedding and see her in her element and having all these gorgeous people in my life.

It was an amazing year and in 2026, I still love my work and connecting with inspirational women & creatives and feel blessed to still do what I love and continue to evolve but maybe my message is.... work can shape you and fuel you but is in friendships, family and not letting those moments slip by that feeds your soul & spirit. 💫
