Reiki is a form of energy healing which allows for the physical, emotional and spiritual bodies to be untangled from deep rooted traumas and emotions that may be effecting your every day life. It releases negative energies and begins to unblock the 7 main chakras in order for a person to fully release emotions that no longer serve them and instead to live their lives in the best way that they can. Sound therapy is a means of opening up the 7 main chakras and allowing for positivity to flow through, again releasing negative energies that may be blocking them. By using different sounds at different frequencies, we can break down any blockages that may have formed and open the chakras for a more fulfilling life. The way that I offer massage therapy is either a full body massage or half body massage.
