So you want to know what sauna hats do? They serve. Thats what they do.

Ok but have you come to a family friendly session yet?

This is an invitation for parents/guardians and their young children to be able to enjoy the benefits of sauna in an unhurried and safe environment.

Book in for yourself and kids come for free!

This is a two hour session that allows you to introduce your kids gradually, with lower temperature and a longer duration, so they can easily come in and out and cool down.

We also always have drinks, toys, colouring pages and other activities to keep them entertained in our chill out zones while yourself and/or your co-parent take time for yourselves.
