TSNM RUN CLUB - VOLUME 5

Our favorite time of the month - back once again for the fifth installment, we are delighted to announce that our next run will take place on Sunday October 6th @ 8am.

We’ve decided to bring the distance down to a lovely 5km with the hope of getting even more people up and moving. The pace will be conversational and perfect for all abilities. As always, the run will start and end at our facilities where our runners can unwind with a post-run sauna and ice bath!

The aim of these run clubs is to bring like-minded people together and have the craic. Our other aim is to raise much needed funds for our Palestinian children’s charity and we will be giving an important update on our progress following the run🇵🇸

We have now made the run club live and you can express your interest via the link in our bio. We are optimistic that this will our largest participation to date, so please spread the word🫶

RUN CLUB - VOL. 3 JULY

Following two fantastic mornings in May and June, The Sauna Near Me Run Club returns for the July edition.

Join us on Sunday July 14th @ 8am for a lovely 10km run. This is perfect for both men and women, all abilities and paces. The run will finish back at the gates of the facilities where all participants are invited to join us for a chat and lovely recovery session in our barrel sauna and cold plunges.

As before, we would like to ask all participants for a donation of €10 which will be collected and added to our previous pot and will be donated to a children’s Palestinian charity at the end of our run club series. *This donation includes the run and post-recovery session* 🇵🇸
