Running a busy salon means I really value time outdoors.
When I'm not with clients, one of my favourite ways to switch off is spending time in the garden.
It's completely different from the pace of salon life and helps me recharge for another busy week ahead.
Owning a business is important, but so is finding time for the things you enjoy outside of work.

With temperatures rising across Ireland this week, it's important to protect yourself and your family from the sun.
