It’s beginning to look a lot like .............

Well here it is-self reflection time for 6 weeks! It was so nice to see such hustle and bustle around The Hub and Top To Toe over the last couple of days. I don’t want that to leave our beautiful village-thank ye all for your continuous support throughout this. So.... going forward I am taking bookings on the hope we will be opened on the 1st December, however I have no control over changes that the government may make but I’ll cross that bridge when it comes and there would obviously be disappointment with appointments on both sides.

-There will be no waiting list
-PLEASE be sure of the appointment you pick/accept as there will be no room to change
- Late cancellation (bar an emergency) to be honest is just rude on the best of days!
-If you are free mid week try and come mid week
- if you can’t get a time that suits maybe tell a white lie to ur boss that u have a Trichologist/ cosmetologist consultation-they won’t have a clue😉
I’ll be going through the appointments over the coming days and I’ll be in touch.

Quick reminder to bring a mask and have all spray in products washed out of hair. For the moment no calls will be answered during the day. All calls will be replied to. Feel free to send a txt/message

Hi all,great news about reopening. I’m going to take one last lazy weekend and I’ll get cracking on Monday with app. The clients who’s app were cancelled due to covid will be contacted 1st and I will be in touch with all those who have messaged me. Unfortunately accommodating requested days and times won’t be that easy or available for the 1st couple of weeks until the rush calms down. I will try my very best. Looking forward to seeing ye all 😊

So jealous of my dog right now........dropped off for her 9 o’clock app. Filled with a day of defuzzing, wash cut and blow dry and her nails done😒

The last few days in work were so unsettling even with all the extra precautions it just didn’t feel right. My business is small and I even felt the weight of someone getting ill, I couldn’t imagine how a salon with a large staff and high footfall must be feeling.I commend the big salons who were brave enough to make that call on Saturday that they were to close- we didn’t need the government to step in and make that obvious decision for us. My prayers are with all the people who are on the frontline - doctors,nurses,catering, cleaners,volunteers and I think the people still working in the shops are just legends,I really do hope your employer acknowledges ye all for what ye are doing. Stay safe everyone # # # # # #

The salon will be closed from Thursday 5th to Wednesday 11th September. Reopened Thursday 12th
