This time my post isn’t about nails 💅 but about something that has really helped me over the past few months.
I started attending yoga classes with .puotkalene , and it has been such an amazing experience. Thanks to her, I’ve learned how to breathe properly, understand how my body works, and most importantly how to stretch and strengthen my back so I can work better with all of you.
I started noticing a difference in my posture after just a few sessions. My headaches and back pain have also started to disappear, which honestly makes such a big difference in my daily life.
Irina pays attention to every little detail and approaches each person individually, which makes the classes feel very personal and supportive. I always go there with so much pleasure.
Highly recommend if you’re thinking about starting yoga 🧘‍♀️
