Firstly, thank you so much to everyone who continues to support my small business—it truly means the world to me. ❤️

As many of you know, I work by appointment only. During the summer holidays, this means arranging and paying for childcare so I can be here for your appointments.

Unfortunately, last-minute cancellations and no-shows leave me paying for childcare and losing valuable working time that I could otherwise be spending with my four children.

To help protect my small business and ensure appointments are managed fairly, I kindly ask that you give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.

✨ All appointments must be booked through my online booking link.
✨ Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or for missed appointments.

This policy allows me to continue offering flexible appointment times while balancing work and family life, and I really appreciate your understanding and support.

If you have any questions or need help using the online booking system, please don't hesitate to get in touch—I'm always happy to help.
