A little personal update 🤍

I’ve made the decision to close my books to all new clients for the time being, effective immediately.

As many of you know, NCA has grown so much over the last few years, and I’m incredibly grateful for every single person who has supported me along the way. This decision has been made for the benefit of my family and my work-life balance, and to allow me to create a healthier balance between business and home life.

Right now, I need to focus on the clients who are already part of my salon family and make sure I’m giving them the time, care, and attention they deserve.

This wasn’t an easy decision, but it feels like the right one for me, my family, and the business at this stage.

Any consultations that are already booked will still go ahead as planned, so if you have an appointment in the diary, there is no change to that.

Thank you so much for all of the recommendations, messages, and support it honestly means the world to me. I’ll let everyone know if and when I reopen my books in the future.

A very special transformation 💛

I’m so excited (and honestly a little emotional) to share my very first Mesh Integration transformation at NCA Hairdressing.

This beautiful client went through cancer treatment and sadly lost her hair during that journey. Her hair is now growing back, but at this stage it is still too short for traditional hair extensions. Together, we chose mesh integration to give her the length, softness and confidence she has been missing while her natural hair continues to grow.

I cannot put into words how grateful I am that she trusted me with this. Starting a new service is always nerve-wracking, and her kindness and confidence in me meant so much. Seeing her smile at the end reminded me exactly why I wanted to offer this service.

Mesh integration is designed for clients experiencing hair loss, thinning, regrowth after treatment, or those who are not suitable for standard extensions. Every consultation is completely private, gentle and tailored to the individual.

I am now taking consultation appointments for Mesh Integration, however as I am very new to this service, appointment availability is extremely limited while I continue my training and take on a small number of clients.

Today we had a very sad day at NCA 😢

She’s kept it quite hush because she doesn’t like do cause any commotion but our wee Amy worked her last day on my floor today here at NCA as she is heading back to Australia 🇦🇺❤️‍🩹

Amy has been with me more or less from the beginning of my salon journey. To say she has been my rock through a lot of really hard times in the salon would be an understatement and I owe her so much because god knows where I’d be without her. The joy this girl has brought me is irreplaceable 🥹💕 There are no words for how much I will miss her wee face on the floor and hearing all about her great love of Raphoe 🫣😅🫶🏼

I’m sure all of our clients will join me in wishing her the every single bit of happiness and success on her new venture. Thank you for being one of the best employees and friends a girl could ask for, I appreciate everything you have done for me 💕
